The Role We are looking for an experienced **General Manager / Country Manager / Managing Director** to support business strategy, operational management, and organizational growth. This part-time remote leadership role is suited to a commercially minded professional with strong management capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to align business operations with organizational objectives. You will contribute to business planning, performance management, stakeholder relationships, and strategic initiatives while supporting operational efficiency and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities - Support the development and execution of business strategies and operational plans. - Oversee business performance, operational activities, and organizational priorities. - Identify new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives. - Monitor financial performance, budgets, revenue targets, and operational costs. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders. - Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Establish performance indicators and monitor progress against organizational goals. - Support resource planning, process optimization, and operational improvements. - Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership. - Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and potential business risks. - Support organizational development, leadership initiatives, and talent management. - Ensure business activities align with company policies, applicable regulations, and governance standards. Requirements - At least 3 years of relevant experience in general management, business leadership, country management, or a similar role preferred. - A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Strong understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and financial management. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proven ability to support business development and operational improvement initiatives. - Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities. - Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and performance management. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams. - High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability. - Ability to work independently and lead business activities in a remote environment. - Experience in the UAE or GCC market is an advantage.
