This policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected and what happens to it. It applies to visitors of this site and to anyone who submits an enquiry or registers a profile through it.
Information we collect
When you send a contact enquiry we collect your name, email address, optional organisation and country, the enquiry type you select and the message you write.
When you register with the Executive Talent Network we collect the professional details you choose to provide — name, professional email, telephone, LinkedIn address, current and previous positions, industry, experience, board experience, preferred appointment categories and markets, availability, a short biography, and an optional curriculum vitae.
When you make an employer enquiry we collect your organisation, website, contact details, the position and appointment category, industry, country, timeframe, an optional job description or mandate document, and any additional information you add.
When you subscribe to our perspectives we collect your email address only.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to hold your profile so we can approach you when an appointment genuinely matches your experience, to assess whether we can take on a search mandate, and — where you have asked for it — to send occasional leadership and market perspectives.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in a protected database and in a private document store. Neither is publicly readable: submissions can only be listed and opened by authorised administrator accounts that have signed in.
Uploaded curricula vitae and mandate documents are held in private storage. They are never published on this website and are never shared with a client without your explicit permission.
No executive profile, curriculum vitae or enquiry is ever displayed publicly.
Retention
We keep submissions and profiles for as long as they remain useful for a genuine appointment or enquiry, and we delete them when they no longer serve that purpose. You may ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@execuvanta.com and we will action the request. Where you gave consent for us to contact you, you can withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by email.
International transfers
This is an international practice, and our hosting and storage providers may process data outside the country in which you submitted it. Where that happens we rely on the standard contractual safeguards our providers operate.
