**Salary**: Circa £80,000 - £82,000 depending on experience **Dynamic (hybrid) working**: *3* days per week on-site due to workload classification **Security Clearance**: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team. You typically need 5 years of continuous UK residency.  Not having spent five years in the UK may not automatically disqualify you, but please be aware we cannot guarantee the outcome of the security clearance process and this may impact your ability to work for MBDA; these are processed on a case by case basis. **What we can offer you:** - **Company Bonus:** Bonus of up to 35% of base salary - **Car Allowance** - **Pension**: maximum total (employer and employee) contribution of up to 14% - **Flexible working:** We welcome applicants who are looking for flexible working arrangements - **Enhanced parental leave:** offers up to 26 weeks for maternity, adoption and shared parental leave -enhancements are available for paternity leave, neonatal leave and fertility testing and treatments - **Facilities**: Fantastic site facilities including subsidised meals, free car parking and much more… - **Private Medical Insurance:** Eligible employees are enrolled as standard into the company funded Private Medical Insurance benefit. **The opportunity:** An opportunity to join the join the technical leadership team on one of the most expansive roles MBDA’s missile programmes offer - as a Chief Platform Integrator (CPI) for Deep Strike UK.  This covers 2 distinct but related missile projects – Storm Shadow and STRATUS.  The CPI is the primary technical lead for the integration of the Deep Strike weapons onto all airborne platforms, and as such is a key role in getting the weapon systems onto armed forces aircraft – including 4th, 5th, 6th Gen platforms. The CPI will directly lead a small team of dedicated specialist integration engineers and wider indirect team of specialists across Technical and Operation Directorates. This is a high visibility role with significant exposure across the business, including MBDA (F) colleagues, wider industry and customer communities. In addition, the CPI forms part of the Systems Design Airborne Systems functional leadership team, supporting the Head of Function develop the function in addition to direct functional management responsibility for a team of 9 integration engineers at various levels.
