AllOne Health Resources Inc • Chief Operating Officer All Jobs  >  Chief Operating Officer AllOne Health Resources Inc Apply Chief Operating Officer Remote Apply Description About AllOne Health: AllOne Health is a national EAP and workforce well-being company serving employers across every industry through counseling, work-life services, and organizational consulting. Growing more than tenfold over the past decade via twenty-plus acquisitions, the company today operates nationwide with over 300 employees. That growth has earned national recognition: AllOne Health was named to the Inc. 5000, Inc. magazine's annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, a distinction that reflects the company's momentum and the scale of the opportunity ahead for its next operating leader. The Role: The COO owns EAP business operations across all U.S. operations and the entire customer book of business — including clinical services, account management, and the systems that connect them. The mandate: operational excellence at scale, client retention, and seamless integration of acquired companies onto a shared platform. This is a hands-on operating role reporting to the President & CEO. The COO leads the account management organization, partners with clinical leadership on service standards, and works directly with the CEO on acquisition diligence and new service initiatives. What You'll Do: • Own P&L performance across all U.S. business operations and the entire customer book of business: client retention, service-level attainment, and operating margin. • Lead the account management organization with a disciplined model for renewals, escalations, and executive client engagement. • Direct post-acquisition integration — people, clients, systems, and culture — on a defined timeline. • Oversee the operations technology stack (CRM, case management, telephony, HRIS) and drive toward a unified data platform, including responsible AI adoption. • Partner with clinical leadership on service standards, evidence-based practices, and compliance with HIPAA, state behavioral health licensure, and Knox-Keene requirements. • Develop the operations leadership bench and succession depth across U.S. business operations. • Ensure business continuity, quality audits, and strong compliance and risk control environment. What You Bring: • Required: • 10+ years in senior operations leadership with full P&L ownership of a multi-site or multi-entity service organization; 5+ years at the executive level. • EAP, behavioral health, managed care, health or employee benefit services experience strongly preferred. • Proven track record integrating acquired companies — people, clients, systems, and culture. • Fluency with recurring-revenue (PMPM or per-capita) retention economics. • Experience deploying AI or automation in service operations, with sound judgment about appropriate use. • Strong financial acumen and comfort in a regulated behavioral health environment. • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or clinical background a plus. • Preferred: • Experience scaling operations in high-growth or acquisition-intensive environments. • Knowledge of employer-sponsored health and whole-person well-being programs. Location, Travel & Reporting: • This role can be located anywhere within the United States.  Expect regular travel to company locations, key clients, and acquisition targets — approximately 25% of the time. • Reports to: President & Chief Executive Officer AllOne Health is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
