Your future role at a glance Provide the overall clinical vision for the organization and oversees clinical activities and quality across the organization. - Location: Milwaukee, WI - Eligible for an annual bonus incentive How you'll make an impact in this role - Leads and implements the clinical direction for the organization. - Oversees the monitoring, measurement and quality improvement of clinical care. - Collaborates, develops, and leads the implementation of operational plans. - Develops and implements strategic goals related to the quality improvement and management programs. - Oversees residency program(s) and maintains a competitive stance in recruiting graduates of the program. What minimum requirements you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration - Required Credential(s): - Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Education - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
