Creators Mind™ focuses on delivering best-in-class content and continuous support to enhance learner engagement and educator success. **Role Description** The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Creators Mind™ will lead all financial strategy and operations for the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. The CFO will manage financial reporting, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements, and support compliance with relevant regulations and policies. Daily responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, advising leadership on investment and growth decisions, optimizing resource allocation, and partnering with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives. The CFO will also develop and mentor the finance team, implement robust internal controls, and support strategic initiatives to scale the company’s offerings for educators and creators. **Qualifications** - Strong capabilities in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience developing budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies. - Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders. - Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. - Proven leadership experience in senior finance roles, preferably as CFO or equivalent in a fast-growing or tech-enabled business. - Deep understanding of corporate finance, cash flow management, risk management, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial audiences. - Experience working with SaaS, edtech, or digital platforms is highly beneficial. - Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
