Chief Operating Officer (COO)

**Role Description** The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee day-to-day organizational operations, ensuring that processes, resources, and teams work efficiently to support Camera Penale di Milano’s strategic objectives. This part-time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site presence and flexibility for work from home. The COO will coordinate cross-functional activities, implement operational policies, and manage performance metrics to improve service delivery and internal workflows. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership on business plans, supervising budgeting and financial controls, identifying operational risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The COO will also foster effective communication among stakeholders, support compliance with relevant regulations, and contribute to long-term organizational growth and sustainability. **Qualifications** - Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and performance oversight. - Demonstrated experience in Business Planning, strategic execution, and organizational development. - Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data, assessing risks, and supporting decision-making. - Solid Finance and Budgeting skills for overseeing financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation. - Prior leadership experience in an executive or senior management role. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. - Proven capacity to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate across cultures. - Relevant university degree in business, management, law, finance, or a related field; advanced degrees are an asset. - Experience with professional associations, legal organizations, or non-profit entities is advantageous.
